WARMLINE
THE WARMLINE is a consumer-operated service that provides call-in services for existing consumers who need supportive assistance but not on an emergency basis. The Warmline offers support for low-level crises, help with daily living activities, and peer support. The service is provided Sunday-Saturday, twenty-four hours a day. The average length of call is between 10-20 minutes. Typically, the Warmline receives over 20,000 calls per year.
