IKRON's Supported Employment Services

Our employment services have a history of success for individuals seeking employment. Supported Employment services are designed to help each person recognize and value his or her self-worth, skills, and talents, as well as his or her work skills, in order to obtain a job in the community.

IKRON job developers work with participants to identify their abilities and interests to start looking for jobs. Participants boost their confidence and motivation for work by practicing interview and on-the-job skills. Our staff believes that nearly every individual who is motivated to find a job can be successful. Our commitment when providing Supported Employment Services is to engage each participant in services and to provide hands-on experience to get the knowledge the individual needs to go to work.

Additionally, our integrated services offer a full range of supports that individuals can use and access as needed.
