The Youth Group affords students the opportunity to learn and improve their educational skills, vocational skills, social skills, problem-solving skills, assertiveness, and goal setting. The curriculum is designed to assist youth with a variety of disabilities to establish a meaningful role within society. Each participant, when ready, is assigned an individual support counselor during the program. Youth continue meeting with a support counselor weekly to assist them in handling stressors and education on employment issues.
Classroom instruction is held Monday through Wednesday, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
