Prevention Services

IKRON's prevention services are offered in order to reduce youth violence and substance abuse. Youths that enter prevention services can be part of IKRON's Peace Project, where the skills and support offered to them can help decrease youth violence in the community. Youth can work toward goals, learn independence, and gain social/communication skills that help them cope with society. 

IKRON also offers substance abuse prevention services designed to steer youth down the path to success. These services offer positive influences within the community and goal-oriented services that help them achieve their ambitions.

Anger management groups are also offered at IKRON as a way to learn useful coping skills for day to day life. Group is also a great way to gain a sense of community and support.
