IKRON was founded on the theory that inadequate social skills were the cause of many maladaptive behaviors that affect an individual's daily functioning. Social skills training can help youth effective communicate their emotions and cope with conflict. IKRON's services are delivered in group and this gives participants a chance to practice their social skills and gain experience dealing with real-world social constructs that they will encounter in the workplace/community.
