Career Planning helps youth identify their interests and possible career matches based on their preferences within the workplace. IKRON also helps youth identify their current employment skillset and provides opportunities to further develop workplace skills. Youth can explore vocational options that fit their interests and needs with the support of an IKRON staff member to guide them through the employment process. 

IKRON is committed to helping youth find their path through quality career counseling and career planning services. IKRON believes in matching individuals with careers that they will enjoy and workplaces that meet their needs. Services are provided in an individual setting and collaboration with families and school counselors are part of our commitment to helping youth become successful.
