IKRON was fortunate to get funding through the City of Cincinnati for the Hand Up Initiative to help provide our trainees with job readiness and job training programs. Through the hard work of the trainees and the staff, we were able to have our largest graduation yet!

For five decades, it's worked with kids and adults with mental and physical disabilities to get and keep jobs in Cincinnati.
