Employment Services Assistant/ Part-Time or Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY:

Complete intakes of individuals assigned to employment services.  Write and submit monthly reports on assigned participants.  Perform community based assessments, support coaching and follow-up/retention services as assigned.  Administer evaluations and assessments, credentials permitting.  Develop resumes and job leads for clients.  Complete job development activities.  Provide training and recommendations in socialization skills, communications skills, interpersonal skills, educational skills (Adult Education) and basic computer and employment skills.  Maintain services for assigned trainees/students.  Perform other direct or clinical services, credentials permitting.  Assist with IKRON employment groups for youth and adults as assigned.  Attend administrative staff and clinical review meetings.  Other duties as assigned. Career Specialist/ Part-Time or Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide job development, job placement and job retention to youth and adults with mental health and/or substance abuse issues.  Counsel youth and adults (individual and group), as needed, dependent upon credentials.  Coordinate job coaching services as needed. Complete daily notes and monthly reports on consumer’s progress for all vocational and employment services.  Review and assist in preparation of individualized service plans.  Intake, assessment, and counseling services, dependent upon credentials.

Recruit employers to provide competitive part-time and /or full-time jobs for IKRON participants.  Educate employers on IKRON services.  Develop consumer contract services when possible and recruit unemployed consumers for the contracted services.

Coordinate activities with Placement Coordinator, Director of Employment Services, Career Specialists, Director of Program Services, Executive Director, and Group Leaders.  Provide benefits management and follow-up services. Attend administrative staff and clinical review meetings.  Assist with IKRON employment groups for youth and adults as assigned.  Goals: (1) Procure employment site and placement of a minimum of 2 consumers monthly. (2) 90 Day retention rate greater than 60%. (3) As assigned to work with referring sources – minimum of 2 referrals a month when requested.  Complete other duties as assigned. Licensed Clinical Staff/ Part-Time or Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide individual and group mental health and substance abuse counseling services. Schedule and conduct intake and diagnostic assessment of individuals with severe mental illness and/or substance abuse problems.  Develop and review Individualized Service Plans.  Assist with administering clinical, educational and vocational assessments.  Write summary reports of clinical notes, diagnostic assessments and evaluations.  Assist with facilitating program groups as assigned (i.e. substance abuse counseling, career counseling). Intake Coordinator/ Part-Time or Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide individual and group mental health and substance abuse counseling services. Conduct intake and diagnostic assessment of individuals with severe mental illness and/or substance abuse problems.  Provide probation, school-based counseling services and pre-career services as assigned. Fill-in to cover clinical services where needed.

Develop and review Individualized Service Plans.  Assist with administering clinical, educational and vocational assessments.  Write summary reports of clinical notes, diagnostic assessments and evaluations.  Assist with facilitating program groups and community groups, as assigned (i.e. substance abuse or career counseling, community groups). Consult with staff regarding treatment and prognosis of individuals served. Management of counseling waiting list.  Assist with marketing services.

Coordinate intake and assessment schedule.  Make certain there are adequate assessment appointments to meet request from referral sources.  Collaborate with Intern Coordinator regarding intern schedules to make certain there is appropriate coverage for assessment services. Assist with providing clinical supervision to clinicians in training, as assigned.  Attend and assist at Peer Review meetings.  Attend clinical review, records review and utilization/administration meetings.  Provide coverage as necessary.  Work on special projects assigned by managers/supervisors. Collect and share data.  Provide trainings on assigned topic, including diagnostic assessment training.  Other duties upon request.

 

 

Support/Job Coaching Service Coordinator - Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide oversite, supervision, and coordination of support/job coaching services provided by the agency through various funding entities (Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD), Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD), etc.), contracts/grants.  Provides administrative supervision and training to support/job coaching staff, including documentation training.  Provides support/job coaching and limited job development services to a caseload of individuals served.  Assures coverage for support services at schools/work sites as needed. 

Duties may include creating and maintaining relationships with referring stakeholders such as OOD and DODD, monitoring and managing new referrals and authorizations, assigning individuals to support/job coaching staff caseloads, documentation of services provided, and billing of services rendered.  Assist in ensuring that the agency is utilizing and trained in effective coaching and employment services, that support/job coaching staff communicates with individuals served to understand their goals, helps individuals overcome personal barriers and set goals, assesses individual strengths, teaches job tasks, and provides coaching in job search techniques. Perform various duties to support an individual, including school-based youth in finding and maintaining employment.  Complete intake paperwork, daily notes, individual progress reviews, and monthly reports on individuals served as required by various funding sources and accrediting bodies for employment services. Review and assist in preparation of individualized service plans.  Monitor for timeliness and accuracy the completion of any and all required documentation for Support/Job Coaching staff.  Responsible for timely and accurate billing of services rendered and reconciling submitted billing.

Other duties may include recruiting employers to provide competitive part-time and /or full-time jobs and educating employers on IKRON services. As appropriate and applicable, provide benefits management. Attend administrative staff and clinical review meetings. Assist with IKRON compliance with ODMHAS, CARF, HCMHRSB, or other contract regulations.  Assist with Development and Contract Services.  Assists Supervisor in marketing the program and assists with other agency program promotion.  Other duties upon request.

 

School/Youth Services Coordinator - Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide oversite, supervision, and coordination of school/youth services during the school year and during the summer that is supported by various funding entities (Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD), Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD), etc.), contracts with local school districts, and grants.  Provides administrative supervision, training to school/youth staff and volunteers in the schools and at the community work sites, including documentation training.  Provides coverage and direct support for youth in the schools and work sites as needed. 

Duties may include creating and maintaining relationships with referring stakeholders such as local school districts, employers, OOD, and DODD, monitoring and managing new referrals, authorizations, and contract invoicing, assigning individual staff to school/community locations and contracts. Assist in ensuring that the agency is utilizing and trained in effective best practices skills training, work site coaching, and work readiness activities. Assure school/youth staff communicates with individuals served, families, and other stakeholders to understand the youth’s individualized goals, helps individuals overcome personal barriers and set goals, assesses individual strengths, teaches job tasks, and provides coaching and other work readiness activities. The coordinator will complete intake paperwork, daily notes, individual progress reviews, and monthly reports on individuals served as required by various funding sources and accrediting bodies for employment services.  Review and assist in preparation of individualized service plans.  Participate in regular school team/partnership meetings to address needs/concerns of stakeholders and other team members.  Monitor for timeliness and accuracy the completion of any and all required documentation for School/Youth staff.  Responsible for timely and accurate documentation and billing of services, including reconciling billing that has been submitted. 

Other duties may include recruiting employers to provide competitive work sites for school and summer programming, and educating employers on IKRON services. Attend administrative staff and clinical review meetings. Assist with IKRON compliance with ODMHAS, CARF, HCMHRSB, or other contract regulations.  Assist with Development and Contract Services.  Assists Supervisor in marketing the program and assists with other agency program promotion.  Other duties upon request.

 

Quality Improvement and Accreditation Coordinator - Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and monitoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.  Assist in the coordination of all the various accreditations and contracts held by the agency.  This includes reviewing, updating, and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure adherence to standards of the various accrediting bodies.  Responsible for the collection, inputting, analyzing, and monitoring of data and metrices for performance measures and reporting for the agency.  Create reports, assist with developing expectations for quality goals, suggest process improvements, and present this information to leadership and assist with the dissemination of this information to staff and stakeholders. Serve on the Quality Improvement Committee.  Assure compliance of Agency Outcomes and Outcome Management.  Partner with staff to deliver IKRON Program Services Evaluations and yearly staff training. Collaborate with Directors to complete and submit contracts. Assist with maintaining contract and referral services and data collection of both. 

Assist with grant writing and coordination of foundation reports. Assist with fundraisers and planning events, and collaborating on fundraising team activities. Complete all evaluation and satisfaction reports.  Coordinate or participate in various meetings such as Quality Improvement, Records Review, Peer Review meetings as assigned, including meetings for both Cincinnati and Seattle locations, as appropriate.

Other duties may include administrative/office support, assistance with development projects/events and participation in delivering any needed services from all contracts and referral sources.  Assist with front door intake process as assigned.  Attend administrative staff and clinical review meetings. Assist with IKRON compliance with ODMHAS, CARF, HCMHRSB, or other contract regulations.  Assist with Development and Contract Services.  Assists Supervisor in marketing the program, including outreach and assists with other agency program promotion.  Other duties upon request.

 

Placement Coordinator - Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide oversite, supervision, and coordination of job development and placement services provided by the agency through various funding entities (Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD), Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD), etc.), contracts and grants.  Provides administrative supervision and training to Career Specialist/JD staff. Delivers job placement services to a caseload of individuals. 

Duties include creating and maintaining relationships with referring stakeholders such as OOD and DODD, monitoring and managing new referrals and authorizations, assigning individuals to Career Specialist/job development staff caseloads, documentation of services provided, and billing of services rendered.  Assist in ensuring that the agency is utilizing the Individual Placement and Support evidence-based model (IPS) and that Career Specialists/job development staff are trained in effective job placement techniques and strategies. Assure that Career Specialist/job development staff communicates with individuals served and families to understand their goals. Helps individuals overcome personal barriers and set goals, assesses individual strengths, teaches job tasks, and provides coaching in job search techniques, resume development, interviewing, and networking activities among others.

Perform various duties to support an individual in finding and maintaining employment.  The Coordinator will complete intake paperwork, daily notes, individual progress reviews, and monthly reports on individuals served as required by various funding sources and accrediting bodies for employment services and be responsible in training staff in this documentation. Review and assist in preparation of individualized service plans and discharge summaries.  Monitor for timeliness and accuracy the completion of any and all required documentation for Career Specialist/job development staff.  Responsible for timely and accurate billing of services rendered by department and reconciling billing that has been submitted.  The coordinator will assist in the preparation for and monitor of the IPS fidelity to ensure agency is adhering to the evidence-based model. Other duties may include recruiting employers to provide competitive part-time and /or full-time jobs and educating employers on IKRON services. As appropriate and applicable, provide benefits management. Attend administrative, management, programming, quality improvement, staff, clinical review, and development meetings as assigned. Maintain CESP credentialing and supporting Career Specialist/job development staff in obtaining their CESP credentials after 1 year of employment. May include school-based services and supporting students enrolled in schools in obtaining and maintaining employment. Assist with marketing agency services.  Complete other duties as assigned.
