IKRON is a Top Workplace in Cincinnati for the 8th Time
At IKRON, our favorite thing about coming to work is helping our participants achieve their dreams. Program Director Melissa Harmeling says, "It takes a lot of courage to step in the door and say, 'I've been struggling and I need help.'"
